According to the forecast of the Komi Central Hydrometeorological Service, the air temperature is expected to be 2…3C above normal, in the extreme northeast — close to normal (the norm is from +18C in the extreme southwest to +13C in the extreme northeast).
The amount of precipitation in most of the territory is expected to be close to normal, in some places only 50% of normal (normal 63-77 mm, in the extreme northeast 51-62 mm).
There is a high probability that in the first 10 days of July hot weather will prevail across the territory, on some days with temperatures on average 8…10C above normal.
In the second and third decades, the temperature background is expected to be close to the climatic norm and slightly elevated relative to it.
In the first ten days, in most of the territory the air will warm up to 27…32C, in some places up to 33…35C. Until the end of the month, mostly up to 22…27C, with cold temperatures not exceeding 20C.
The degree of fire danger in forest areas will increase. Periods of high (class IV) and extreme fire danger (class V) according to the regional classification are expected.
