In July 2025, the monthly precipitation amount in most of the Komi territory is expected to be close to the norm, in some places 40-80% more (the norm is 63-77 mm, in the extreme northeast 51-62 mm). The average monthly air temperature is expected to be 1…2C higher than the norm (the norm is from 18C in the extreme southwest to 13C in the extreme northeast), the Komi Center for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring reports.
It is expected that until the end of the first ten-day period, weather conditions over the region will remain under the influence of cyclones. Rainy weather with an unstable temperature background will persist. Until the end of the working week, it will remain elevated relative to the norm, from Sunday — lower relative to the average long-term values.
It is highly likely that from the second ten-day period, the territory of the republic will more often be under the influence of high atmospheric pressure fields. There will be less rain. The temperature background will mainly be elevated relative to the norm and close to it.
The prevailing daytime temperatures will be between 21 and 26C, on some days the temperature may reach 28…30C.
The prevailing nighttime temperatures will be 10…15C.
The degree of fire danger will increase in forest areas from the second ten-day period. Periods with high (class IV) and extreme fire danger (class V) according to the regional classification are expected.
